If someone from Brewer Medical Solutions called your practice and asked when your audiology equipment is due for calibration, that was really us. Here's who we are and why we asked.
Who we are
Brewer Medical Solutions is an independent audiology equipment calibration and repair company based in Modesto, California. It was founded by Matt Brewer, who spent 15 years calibrating and servicing audiology equipment — including at E3 Diagnostics and Natus — before going independent.

Why we called
We're introducing ourselves to hearing and balance practices across the West and planning the routes we travel. Knowing when your equipment is due lets us contact you once, shortly before that date, with a quote — instead of calling at random through the year.
We're not asking you to switch providers on a phone call. Plenty of practices simply keep us on file as a second option.
What we asked, and what we didn't
Your calibration due date
It's printed on the calibration sticker on your audiometer and other equipment. That's why we may have asked someone to take a look.
Who calibrates it now
Usually on the same sticker. It tells us what your equipment has been calibrated against and how to quote you fairly.
The best email for a quote
So the person who handles equipment decisions hears from us in writing rather than through the front desk.
What we never ask for
Patient information, payment details, or a commitment over the phone.
Our outreach team calls from a few different phone numbers. Our main line is always 209-454-3999, and email comes from an @brewerms.com address.
What happens next
Nothing, unless you want it to. A couple of months before your due date we'll send a quote. If you'd like one sooner, send us your last calibration certificates or an equipment list and we'll put a number in writing.
