What a booth move includes

  • Teardown. The booth comes apart panel by panel, with each piece labeled so it goes back together the same way.
  • Transport. Panels are heavy. We bring the crew and a liftgate truck, and handle loading and unloading.
  • Rebuild. We reassemble the booth in the new room, level it, and reconnect jack panels, lighting, and ventilation.
  • Reconfiguration. Need the door or window on a different wall to fit the new space? Tell us up front and we'll plan the rebuild around it.
  • New and used booths. We also install booths you've bought, new or pre-owned.

Ready to test in, not just standing

A booth that has been moved should be checked before you put a patient in it. Once it's rebuilt, we can verify ambient noise levels in the new location and recalibrate your sound-field speakers, which have to be calibrated in place.

That's the difference between hiring a calibration company and hiring movers: the same technician who rebuilds your booth can confirm it meets standard.

What we need to quote your move

Every move is different, so we quote each one. These details let us give you a firm number without a site visit in most cases.

The booth

Make and approximate size (for example, 7 × 9 feet), plus a few photos of the inside and outside.

Both locations

Where it is now and where it's going. Let us know about stairs, elevators, and narrow doorways.

The new room

Room dimensions, and where you'd like the door and window to face.

Your timing

Target dates and whether the work needs to happen outside clinic hours. Weekend moves are available.
